Flor Araiza

Flor Araiza is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader at Flexsteel Industries Inc. since October 2021, Flor previously held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at 3M from September 2013 to October 2021 and served as Gerente de Relaciones Laborales at Lexmark International, Inc. from September 2006 to August 2013. Flor holds a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, completed between 1988 and 1992.
