Jeffrey Williams

Jeffrey Williams is an experienced professional with a focus on compensation and payroll management. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation & Payroll - PEO Lead at Realogic Solutions since March 2023, Jeffrey previously held the position of Manager, Compensation & Payroll at The NRP Group LLC from May 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, a progression of roles in compensation and payroll at TravelCenters of America from October 2014 to May 2021 included Supervisor, Compensation & Payroll Analysis, Compensation and Payroll Analyst, Compensation Specialist, and Human Resources Administrator. Jeffrey began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Giant Eagle from August 2011 to October 2014. Academically, Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Chatham College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo.
