Douglas Rieck

Douglas Rieck is an accomplished engineering and product development leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Hardware at FlightWave Aerospace, Douglas is responsible for steering the Edge 130 UAS program amid significant production expansion and enhancements in system reliability and supply chain operations. Previous roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon Lab126, where Douglas oversaw hardware development for a confidential project, and Chief Product Development Officer at Lightform, leading the creation of innovative camera and projection systems. Douglas also held key positions at DAQRI, managing mechanical engineering for augmented reality products, and at Medtronic, focusing on the design of advanced medical devices. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Product Development Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, along with a license as a private pilot from A & M Aviation.
