Rovina D'Souza

Rovina D'souza currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Flint since September 2023, overseeing strategic projects and handling business processes, people operations, and finance. Rovina is also a member of Global Women in VC and has extensive experience in venture capital, particularly with Capnamic Ventures as part of the investment team focusing on the Berlin ecosystem. Prior roles include board observer responsibilities for multiple startups and positions in investment banking and venture building. Rovina co-founded Petura Inc., a subscription-based dog food startup, and previously worked at EY performing audits for private equity funds. Rovina holds an MBA in Finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. Joseph College of Commerce.
