Shweta Poddar

Shweta Poddar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and business operations. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Flipkart Healthplus, Shweta has been with Flipkart since May 2018, holding various key roles including Director and P&L for Grocery. Prior to Flipkart, Shweta worked at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) from 2013 to 2018, where initiatives included launching the Ola Foundation and developing innovative driver models. Earlier career highlights include founding Novice2Geek, working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at RAHI Limited, and holding a Business Analyst position at Wipro Technologies, where significant deals were negotiated. Shweta holds a PGDCM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mining from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi.
