Yaron Vazana

Yaron Vazana is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience leading teams and developing innovative solutions in machine learning and data-driven research. Currently serving as the Data Science Team Lead at Flipkart, Yaron previously held similar leadership roles at Darrow and DayTwo, where Yaron also conducted genomics research and managed a diverse range of projects including machine learning model development and user behavior predictions. Earlier positions include NLP & Machine Learning Engineer at Thomson Reuters and Senior Software Engineer at Treato, where Yaron focused on text analysis and infrastructure development. Yaron began a career in software engineering at Duda and Bar Ilan University, contributing to web algorithms and image processing technologies. Yaron holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
