Daniel Bloom

Daniel Bloom, MA, MPA, currently serves as the Public Affairs Manager at FLO EV Charging, with prior experience as a Senior Public Affairs Specialist at Flo Services USA Inc. From July 2016 to November 2021, Daniel worked at Advanced Energy Economy (AEE) as a Principal, managing legislative and gubernatorial advocacy campaigns across multiple states, enhancing member engagement, and leading state advocacy coalitions. Earlier roles include State Policy Associate at AEE, Energy Legal Analyst at CQ Roll Call, and Market Development/Research and Policy Analysis Fellow at America's Natural Gas Alliance. Daniel holds a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Energy Policy and Policy Analysis from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
