Alena Skarabahatava

Alena Skarabahatava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and content production. Currently serving as a Producer at Flo Health Inc. since December 2018, Alena manages team operations, oversees project timelines, and ensures alignment with product vision through effective communication with stakeholders. Previous roles include Content Product Manager and Content Manager/Scrum Master, where Alena focused on process improvement, risk management, and user needs analysis. Prior to Flo Health, Alena held positions in content management and journalism at Wargaming, TUT.BY, CityDog.by, and the Press Center of the Republican Unitary Enterprise Press House, developing brand strategies, managing editorial teams, and enhancing communication channels. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Belarusian State University and a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Computer Graphics from the School of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University.
