Nikita Lukyanchyk currently serves as Senior Compliance Counsel, Product at Flo Health Inc. since April 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring product compliance with consumer laws across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the US, UK, EU, and other international markets. Nikita previously held the role of Legal and Compliance Counsel, focusing on advertising, health-tech regulatory issues, ethics, internal investigations, and commercial matters. Prior to Flo Health Inc., Nikita worked as Legal Counsel at LeverX Group from April 2018 to April 2020, managing various legal aspects including SaaS regulation, contractual agreements, intellectual property, tax and customs, corporate governance, and compliance within the Hi-Tech Park framework.
