Natalie McLachlan currently serves as General Counsel at FLOCERT since September 2024. Previously, Natalie held the position of Global Head Legal/Compliance/IP at ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG from July 2011 to September 2024, providing comprehensive legal guidance on various matters, including compliance, antitrust, M&A, and intellectual property. Prior to that, Natalie worked at FERNANDEZ BRANIFF ABOGADOS, S.C. as External Counsel and held roles as Legal Counsel specializing in M&A and Corporate at Wilh. Werhahn KG. Experience also includes legal counsel positions in renewable energies at RWE Innogy GmbH and Harpen AG, as well as external counsel at Buse Heberer Fromm Düsseldorf. Natalie McLachlan earned a law degree from Universität Trier and completed further legal training at OLG Düsseldorf.
