Darien Kilpatrick

Darien Kilpatrick is a seasoned technical recruiter currently serving at Flock Safety since June 2024. Previously, Kilpatrick held several positions at eHire from July 2018 to May 2024, culminating in the role of Recruiting Lead, where recognition as the 2023 Player of the Year was earned for generating the highest net new revenue. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, Kilpatrick received the 2020 CARPE Award for exemplifying company values, and was honored as the 2019 Rookie of the Year for exceptional performance in net new revenue. Kilpatrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Georgia College & State University and has also studied at Florence University of the Arts.
