Sean Kay

Sean Kay currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Flock Safety, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes significant roles at UiPath, where Sean held multiple leadership positions from April 2019 to November 2024, including GM/CPO Americas Partner Ecosystem and SVP Global Commercial Sales. Sean spent over 15 years at Dell EMC, advancing through various sales leadership roles, culminating in the position of Senior Director North America Commercial Sales. Additionally, Sean contributed to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Board Member of the Health Information and Technology Council and served on the Alumni Association Board at the University of New Hampshire. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNH and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2018.
