Erika Rossi

Erika Rossi is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and service design, currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Flodesk since October 2024. Previously, Erika held the position of Senior Product Designer II at WeTransfer, where key contributions included leading design efforts to enhance monetization for users and integrating AI capabilities into custom features. Additional roles include UX Design Lead at Lynxeye, Senior Product Designer at Dersu, and Design Director at Hanzo Studio, where management of a multidisciplinary team was essential. Erika's career also encompasses positions at Smart Design and Fjord, focusing on interaction and service design across various sectors.
