Garrett Walters

Garrett Walters serves as the Director of Marketing Operations at Floor Coverings International since November 2016, and has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Emerging Operations and Director of New Franchise Development Program (Operations), where responsibilities included coaching and supporting franchisees to achieve their business objectives. In these roles, Garrett developed a diverse skill set in executive leadership and management. Prior to this, Garrett was a Senior General Manager at College Pro from January 2010 to November 2016, where the focus was on recruiting and training entrepreneurs, alongside being a Senior Franchise Manager, producing significant sales in painting services. Early career experience includes managing production and marketing for College Pro Painters, overseeing a $300,000 business. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Nipissing University.
