Bill Giles

Bill Giles has extensive experience in corporate governance and financial leadership, currently serving as a Board Member at Constellation Brands since July 2023 and at Floor & Decor since April 2021, where Bill chairs the Audit Committee. Additionally, Bill has been a Board Member at Brinker International since March 2013, holding the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee while also contributing to the Talent and Compensation Committee. Previously, Bill served as CFO and EVP of Finance, Information Technology, and Customer Satisfaction at AutoZone from May 2006 to January 2021 and as EVP Chief Financial Officer at Linens N Things from March 1991 to April 2006. Bill began their career at PwC, where Bill worked as a Manager from June 1981 to April 1990. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from Alfred University, earned between 1977 and 1981.
