Chandra Nation is an experienced leader in customer care and operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Care at Floor & Decor since February 2020, after previously holding the title of Senior Manager of Customer Experience. Prior to this role, Chandra spent over 14 years at The Home Depot, where progression from Assistant Store Manager to Senior Manager of Customer Care included significant achievements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Chandra’s career also encompasses positions at Macy's as Group Sales Manager and at Target as Executive Team Leader, showcasing a diverse background in retail management. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
