Ralph Acosta

Ralph Acosta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in private equity, technology, and SaaS industries. Currently, Ralph serves in Private Equity Alliances at FloQast since May 2023 and is also the Principal Owner of Quinella Corporation, where engagements involve go-to-market strategizing, channel development, and investor relations for clients including SiriusXM and Originate. Previously, Ralph was the CEO of TeenSafe Inc., overseeing a leading D2C parental control SaaS, and held the position of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Europlay Capital Advisors, where strategic guidance was provided to various portfolio companies. Ralph's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of SkuRun, which was acquired by Scientific Games, and notable achievements include participation in the financing and sale of Skype to eBay.
