Amy Barcroft

Amy Barcroft is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Strategic Legal Consultant at Flora Food Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was the Deputy General Counsel for Global Operations & Government Relations at Lime from April 2022 to April 2024, where Amy played a key role in building a high-performing global legal team. Amy's extensive background also includes significant positions at Uber, including Commercial Director EMEA and Senior Commercial Counsel, where key contributions were made to the company's legal integration and strategic direction. Amy's earlier experience includes leading legal advisory roles at Diageo plc across various regions, as well as foundational work in EU competition law at King & Wood Mallesons and Arnold & Porter.
