Keantha Belton Moore

Keantha Belton Moore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and program management, currently serving as the Deputy Bureau Chief at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity since April 2016. In this role, Keantha provides administrative and programmatic management for the Bureau of One-Stop and Program Support, overseeing workforce programs and engaging with stakeholders. Previous positions include Administrator for Policy, Training and Support, and Administrator for Statewide Programs, demonstrating a solid background in policy guidance, training coordination, and program oversight. Prior experience includes roles at CareerSource Capital Region and CareerSource Florida, where Keantha managed operational excellence and training initiatives.
