Eduardo Pereira

Eduardo (Eddy) Pereira, Jr., M.A., CAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and community association management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Property Management at Florida East Coast Realty, LLC since September 2020, Pereira also contributes to the field as a Professor of Community Association Management at Gold Coast Schools. Prior roles include Management and Construction Consultant for Grand Bay Tower Condominium Association, and General Manager for 1 Hotels. Pereira holds a Master of Arts in Administration and Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from the University of Miami.
