John Medina

John Medina is an experienced financial executive and community leader currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees at Florida Gateway College and as a committee member with the Florida Bankers Association. Medina has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at First Federal Bank since June 2017, contributing significant oversight and strategic guidance. In addition to banking, Medina is actively involved with several organizations, including serving as a board member for the Suwannee Valley Community Foundation and the Haven Foundation Board. Historically, Medina has held leadership roles within Rotary International and the Florida Chamber of Commerce, showcasing a strong commitment to community service and economic development. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business/Finance from the University of Florida and a B.S. in International Business from Florida State University.
