Eric Novak

Eric Novak, EMBA, currently serves as Vice President of Sales at ERPA, where a consultative approach is utilized to address evolving ERP challenges through innovation and efficiency. With a diverse background, Eric has held key roles in various companies, including Mentor at the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Office and Regional Sales Manager at Collaborative Solutions, LLC, where a 98% customer satisfaction rate was achieved. Previous positions include Director of Sales for the Southeast at ERPA, Business Development Manager, and Account Executive roles at ERP Analysts and Robert Half Technology, among others. Eric holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Florida.
