Jeff Bak

Jeff Bak is the President and CEO of Imagine360, a position held since February 2019, and also serves as a Board Member at Tampa General Hospital and HCOS, a Water Street Healthcare Company. Their previous roles include Board Chair at EBMS, Lead Board Member for HPone and Data Dimensions, and Board Member at Kepro with Apax Partners LLP. Over a distinguished career, Jeff Bak held various leadership positions at HealthPlan Holdings, where responsibilities spanned from VP of Sales to CEO, and began with roles in reinsurance and sales management. Educational credentials include an Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business from Clemson University.
