Sandon Speedling

In August 2019, Sandon S. Speedling, MHS, CPM, CPH, was appointed Administrator/Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Bay County, following an interim appointment in May 2019. From January 2022 to August 2022, Speedling was appointed as Interim Administrator/Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Leon County in conjunction with his role as Administrator/Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Bay County. Speedling was previously the Administrator/Health Officer for the Florida Department of Health in Jackson County from May 2018 until May 2019, following an interim appointment in May 2016. Speedling served as Assistant County Health Department Director for the Florida Department of Health in Bay County from February 2009 through May 2016.
