Justin Weir

Justin Weir is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in terminal operations and management within the maritime industry. Currently serving as President and General Manager at Florida International Terminal, LLC since May 2020, Justin previously held influential roles at APM Terminals from November 2004 to May 2020, including Chief Operations Officer and various director positions with responsibilities ranging from vessel operations to maintenance management. Earlier, Justin worked at Cargotec Corporation as Site Manager for Maintenance & Repair, overseeing fleet management and operations. Justin's educational background includes an Executive Education in Leadership & Strategic Management from Cornell University and an EMBA in International Business from Esade.
