Alla Mirzoyan

Alla Mirzoyan, PhD, serves as Assistant Dean and Director of Training and Fellowships at Florida International University since August 2014. Additionally, Alla holds the position of Director for the Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Achievement Program and has experience as Program Manager for the NSF Bridge to Doctorate initiative, along with being a lecturer on topics related to International Relations. Prior to this role, Alla worked at CRDF Global from November 2008 to December 2014 as Program Manager/Team Lead for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, focusing on international programs for entrepreneurship and technology commercialization, and as Program Manager for Cooperative Grants Program. Ancillary experience includes serving as a Title VIII International Exchange Scholar with IREX and participating in the Iran Program at Search for Common Ground. Educational achievements include a PhD in International Relations and a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Florida International University, as well as a BA in Iranian Studies from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
