Janet Burns PMP, CSM, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in consulting, training, and academia. Currently serving as Principal at PM Roadmap Consultancy since November 2006, Janet provides expert consulting and training in project management, PMO development, and SDLC methodology. Additional roles include Instructor for PMP Prep Course at RMC Learning Solutions, Advisory Council Member for the Executive Women of Influence Program at Florida International University, and Past President of PMI Delaware Valley Chapter.
