Erica Arboleya

Erica Arboleya, Esq. currently serves as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since May 2023. Previously, Erica held the position of Assistant State Attorney at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office from April 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included supervising misdemeanor cases. Erica's career began at TGI Fridays, where from December 2010 to May 2018, supervision of staff during shifts was a key role. Erica holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminology from Florida International University (2011-2014).
