Nicole Garcia

Nicole Garcia, Esq. is currently serving as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office from August 2015 to July 2022, and as a Certified Legal Intern at the Office of the State Attorney 12th Judicial Circuit in January 2015. Nicole has also interned at the State Attorney's Office 6th Judicial Circuit and worked as a Litigation Assistant at Anastopoulo Law Firm, LLC. In addition to practical legal experience, Nicole participated as a National Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competitor and contributed as a Law Clerk for Catholic Charities Office of Immigration Services. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor Candidate at Stetson University College of Law and Charleston School of Law, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
