Natalie Vitola

Natalie Vitola is an accomplished environmental services professional with extensive experience in both management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Director of Environmental Services at Florida Power & Light Company since August 2015, Natalie leads a multi-disciplinary team in environmental compliance and permitting across various energy projects, including solar, nuclear, and hydrogen. Previous experience includes roles such as Business Manager at NextEra Energy Resources, where management of a significant wind portfolio was highlighted, and Business Manager positions in construction management and contracting firms. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Botany from Florida Atlantic University.
