Chris Marzilli

Chris Marzilli currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Flosum, where responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for various teams and driving customer adoption and utilization. As the Founder and Advisor at MarzRock, Chris provides strategic consulting and investment guidance in Web3 and AI. Prior roles include significant positions at Salesforce, including overseeing global success transformation programs and guiding platform success engagements, as well as a Senior Cloud Consultant at Astadia. Chris has also held leadership roles in IT and product management at Black Duck Software and Insight Direct, contributing to the transition to SaaS and managing high-performing teams. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA in Business Intelligence & Big Data from Southern New Hampshire University.
