Sergey Tyshenko

Sergey Tyshenko is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Group IT Infrastructure and Operations Lead and CISO at FLOW - Ethical Credit Management and FLOW Vietnam since August and July 2016, respectively. Previous roles include Head of IT Operations & Services at Platinum Bank Ukraine, Head of the Microsoft Division at Complex Solutions Ltd, and Business Group Lead at VERNA, where Sergey managed complex IT projects and infrastructures in large enterprises. Sergey’s career also includes key positions at Microsoft, MKS Ltd, and various project management roles across several banks, underscoring expertise in IT consulting and operations. Sergey holds a Master’s degree in IT from Kharkiv State Academy of Railway Transport, complemented by a foundational education from Kharkov №16.
