Karen Frank

Karen Frank is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Flow Traders since April 2023, Karen previously held the position of Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Equities at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from October 2020 to December 2022, overseeing a significant portfolio and a global team of 150 professionals. Prior to this, Karen was the Chief Executive Officer of Barclays Private Bank, where responsibilities included building a new business unit and restructuring operations across multiple regions. Additional roles include Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where Karen managed client relationships and transaction execution, as well as leadership positions at Insight Capital Partners, Compass Partners International, and AEA Investors LP. Karen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
