Ruslan Malsagov

Ruslan Malsagov is a skilled quantitative trader with extensive experience in high-frequency trading and market-making, currently serving at Flow Traders since January 2021. Previously, Ruslan worked as a Quant at a proprietary trading firm, where a successful high-frequency trading and market-making operation in crypto was established, achieving over 1 billion in average daily traded volume. Additionally, Ruslan held a position as a Quantitative Research Consultant at WorldQuant, focusing on mid-frequency trading algorithms in Equities, and served as a Senior Analyst in the Risk Management Department at VTB, where significant improvements were made to credit risk models. Ruslan holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and has completed additional education in Quantitative Finance.
