Dave Hammer

Dave Hammer is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Flowcode since October 2024, Dave previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Global Financial Planning and Analysis at Innovid from May 2022 to October 2024. A significant portion of Dave's career was spent at Nielsen from January 2010 to May 2022, where various roles included Vice President of Finance for Media FP&A, Global Technology, and Watch Technology, as well as Director of Finance for Advertiser Solutions and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier experience includes positions at Motorola as a Senior Auditor and Financial Analyst. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Corporate Finance, and Banking from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of San Diego. Educational background includes high school studies at Singapore American School and The Lawrenceville School.
