Kenneth Barsalou

Kenneth Barsalou is an experienced operations and general manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Flower Child since July 2019, Kenneth previously held the position of General Manager at Flower Child under Fox Restaurant Concepts from December 2017 to July 2019. Earlier roles include General Manager at ARG Concepts and Free Range Concepts, managing Bowl & Barrel and Rustic concepts, and General Manager at RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, where responsibilities included P&L management, hiring, and scheduling. Kenneth also gained experience as Service Manager at Bob's Steak & Chop House and Manager at Eddie V's Restaurants Inc., overseeing the wine program and bar operations. Kenneth earned a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of New Orleans between 1995 and 2002.
