Ben Sparango

Ben Sparango is the Chairman and CEO of Sparango Custom Homes, a successful privately held residential real estate development company active in Montgomery, Delaware & Chester Counties, Pennsylvania in operation since 1995. Mr. Sparango resides in Villanova, Pennsylvania, graduated from Villanova University in 1985 with a BS degree in Civil Engineering, joining the family business of building and renovating custom homes prior to establishing his own company. As a 2nd generation builder, Mr. Sparango credits his longstanding business success to a Cutting-edge vision of future residential markets, disciplined work ethic, simplified processes managed by great employees, and passion for delivering the best product at the best price. Mr. Sparango is active in advisory and philanthropic causes including as a member of the Villanova University Engineering Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, supporting an endowed chair in the Villanova Engineering Dept. and sponsorship of fully paid college scholarships for needy alma mater high school students. Mr. Sparango brings over thirty years of entrepreneurial leadership to the FMLS Board of Directors.
