Mandi Besancon

Mandi Besancon is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Global Learning and Development at Flowserve Corporation since June 2020. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Main Event from September 2015 to June 2020, and Director of Training at Nothing Bundt Cakes between March 2014 and September 2015. Mandi also held the position of Manager of Global Learning & Development at Pinkberry from January 2010 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington (2008-2010).
