Currently serving in the role of Talent & Operations at Flox since 2023, Katherine previously held the position of Director of Data Operations at The Org from 2020 to 2023, contributing to a startup backed by notable investors such as Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. Prior professional experiences include holding managerial and associate roles at True Search, where Katherine managed a significant search load and executed comprehensive market research, as well as an analyst position at SPMB, a leading executive search firm in the technology industry.
