Rhavi Carneiro

Rhavi Carneiro is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator, currently serving as an Endeavor Entrepreneur at Endeavor Brasil since August 2022. As the founder of Fluency Academy since January 2016, Rhavi has successfully built the leading online language school in Brazil, employing over 100 professionals and impacting the lives of more than 35,000 students. Prior to this, Rhavi held the position of Executive Director at Business Town In-Company English from January 2013 to January 2016. Rhavi holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Federal do Paraná, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
