Hugh Baldwin

Hugh Baldwin is an experienced executive producer and creative director with a robust background in media and entertainment. Currently serving as Executive Producer, Development at Flying Bark Productions since April 2023, Hugh focuses on developing mature animation and live-action projects for the After Bark production arm. Previous roles include Executive Producer at PostMatch, a sports-focused creative agency, and Director and Owner of Circle Music Australia Pty Ltd, a successful music school. Hugh has held senior programming positions with 10 ViacomCBS Australia & New Zealand and Nickelodeon Australia, contributing significantly to content and audience engagement. Additionally, Hugh has experience in community radio as a breakfast presenter at 2RRR 88.5FM. Hugh holds a BDA in Dramatic Art from the National Institute of Dramatic Art and is pursuing a PhD in Digital Interactive Television Production and Research at Murdoch University.
