Joanne Ruu

Joanne Ruu is a skilled 2D animator with experience at Flying Bark Productions since September 2021, where responsibilities include inbetweening, lipsync, and primarily retake animation work, including compositing in Toon Boom. Prior to this role, Joanne contributed as a Junior 2D Animator, working on projects such as Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur and Lego Monkie Kid Season 3. Joanne's experience also includes self-employment as a 2D animator from December 2018 to September 2021 and a position as an artist and animator at Danplan from September 2020 to August 2021. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from RMIT University, attained between 2016 and 2018.
