Ben Chalkley

Ben Chalkley currently serves as Deputy Head at Flying High Partnership, a position held since June 2024, following a tenure as a Primary Teacher within the same organization from 2021 to 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Teacher in Derbyshire from July 2020 to July 2021. Ben Chalkley has a substantial background in human resources and learning and development, having spent over seven years at Frontier Agriculture as HR Projects Manager and Learning and Development Manager. Earlier experience includes a significant period at Computer Sciences Corporation from October 2006 to June 2013, where responsibilities encompassed leading graduate and industrial placement programs and developing a sales and business development curriculum for the EMEA region. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in Education Studies from the University of Exeter, completed in 2006.
