Artlisia Bibbs

Artlisia Bibbs has a diverse work experience in various roles. Artlisia currently serves as the Executive Director at Ward 7 Arts Collaborative, where they lead strategic vision and strengthens the organization's growth. Previously, they worked as a Project Director at FM Talent Source, managing grant reviews for the US Dept of ED. As a Consultant, they provided training and organization development services for public and private sector organizations. Additionally, they have worked as a Visual Artist, overseeing project design and installation. Artlisia also has experience in conference management and logistical support for various organizations. Artlisia has a background in workforce development and management consulting.

Artlisia Bibbs attended Winona High School from 1981 to 1984. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi Valley State University from 1984 to 1988.
