Omari Franklin

Omari Franklin is the owner of FM Talent Source, a business founded in 2004 with a mission focused on supporting client success. From 2000 to 2004, Omari served as a recruiter for Fannie Mae, where significant achievements included leading critical recruitment for Corporate Services, developing targeted recruiting strategies for diverse talent pools, and preparing detailed performance metric reports.
