Isaac Alchin

Isaac Alchin is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Isaac has held positions such as Learning and Development Manager and Capability Consultant at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) and has also contributed to Inland Revenue NZ as a Performance and Capability Consultant and Learning and Development Advisor. Previous roles include Food Service Manager and Learning and Development Manager at J Ballantyne & Co. Ltd., as well as Training Development Advisor at Foodstuffs (South Island) Ltd. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Canterbury, Isaac also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching from the same institution.
