Leah Situnayake

Leah Situnayake is an accomplished professional with significant experience in impact analysis and sustainable development. Currently serving as an Impact Officer and previously as an Impact Analyst at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since February 2019, Leah has focused on identifying sustainable investment opportunities, particularly in the agribusiness sector. During an internship in 2018 with FMO's Agribusiness Food and Water department, Leah conducted market research for the rice sector in Asia. Academic experience includes roles as a Graduate Student Researcher and Student Assistant Tutor at Wageningen University & Research, where Leah contributed to health projects in Sierra Leone and assisted in tutoring for rural livelihood strategies. Leah holds a Master of Science in International Development from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam.
