Candace E. Blair Cronin, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in management consulting for various sectors, including federal, state, local, and private organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at FMP Consulting since September 2022, Candace specializes in technical methodologies, strategic communications, and human capital initiatives. Throughout a significant tenure at ICF, including roles as Director, Senior Director, and Senior Manager, Candace has provided workforce development consultation and strategies to enhance employee engagement.
