Ceri Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and account management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Fnality International since February 2024, Ceri previously held the position of Strategic Account Manager and Head of Operations at Innovation Group UK from September 2020 to November 2022. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at RBS Bank, where Ceri served as Head of Service Delivery & Bankline Helpdesk from May 2015 to October 2016 and as Head of Operational Service for Corporate & Institutional Banking in North & Scotland from January 2011 to October 2016.
