Innocent Gumede

Innocent Gumede is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Workflow at FNB South Africa since September 2024. Previously, Innocent held the position of Chief Information Officer at MotoVantage, where responsibilities included accountability for IT systems and projects while ensuring alignment between business and technology. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Standard Bank Group and WesBank, and earlier positions in software development and programming at several esteemed companies such as Truworths and Old Mutual South Africa. Innocent possesses a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Durban Westville.
